Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of jinglevinyl.com and any purchase you make. The site is operated by PrimeRacks di Singh Amritpal, P.IVA IT03152150344, registered in Parma, Italy.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.
Products
Each frame is made to order. Nine discs are included. Frames do not arrive preloaded with music. You supply your own MP3 files, loaded from a computer via the included USB-C cable. Product images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens.
Content you load
You are responsible for the music you load onto your discs and for having the right to use it. Jingle Vinyl supplies the hardware only and provides no music, licences or streaming service.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Import duties and taxes are not included. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Returns
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, text and images on this site belong to PrimeRacks di Singh Amritpal or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. This does not deprive you of any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
